Ruby Slipper is a red fortified Shiraz that displays very intense spicy red fruits - cherry and plum with underlying licorice aromas.
A sweet style of fortified Shiraz (90%) and Tempranillo (10%) which has been produced to drink young and fresh in the ruby port approach. Rich flavours of plum and sweet, warm spices fill the mid palate and the finish is generous and long.
A full bodied fortified shiraz that can be enjoyed with artisan chocolate or blue cheese.
