Glass Slipper is a white wine produced primarily from Chardonnay and a small component of Semillon. It has been fortified prior to full fermentation resulting in a sweeter style of wine. The Glass Slipper displays aromas of green fruits, preserved lemon with a savoury/salty undertone. The palate is medium-sweet, savoury with green fruits and citrus. It is a full bodied wine that exhibits rich flavours and balance with the addition of grape spirit. The finish is long and dry.
